- We had no idea with to do with Buddy’s behaviour until we were advised to contact Trish. It had never occurred to us that we could deal with Buddy’s bad habits by showing him leadership. We were told that Cocker Spaniels are difficult and much as we loved him we were stuck with a badly behaved dog. With Trish showing us what to do we never had to punish him or cause him distress. It takes work but all of us were relaxed from day one. Christmas was a pleasure this year as everyone who visited us praised us for the change in Buddy. Thank you from Buddy and the Pack Leaders. Best wishes for 2010.

- We met Trish in Bushy Park walking our dogs. She was filming dogs for her own education and when she explained what she was about we wanted her to teach us how to work with our new puppy. We have one very old guy who is finding the new puppy hard going and the toilet training was not going to plan despite lots of books. If we had the time again with Mossy the old guy he would have had a better time of it but this is all new to us. The Dog Listening plan is all about harmony to us, no shouting or discipline and thats why it’s easy to use. We were able to phone Trish any time we wanted and we needed that support to get our questions answered as this puppy is always challenging the leadership in the pack. All is going well and even at 11 yrs Mossy is learning. Can’t imagine what we would be like without the help from Trish, she is on our speed dial.

- Thank you Trish for all the help with Milo. He is accepting the new rules and is a much nicer dog for the kids to be around. Friends come and go now with no jumping and he is behaving in the car and out on the lead. Thank you for your patience with the kids, they are all following your instructions and correct me if I don’t get it right.
Many Thanks from the O’Reillys
